Taylor Smith, Managing Principal
Taylor has been active in commercial real estate for over 12 years. He is responsible for the overall strategy and direction of brokerage and investments. Mr. Smith is specifically focused on investment sales and office leasing within the Intown Atlanta market.
Taylor began his career at Bryant Commercial Real Estate, which has since become Lee and Associates. At Lee and Associates, Mr. Smith became one of the youngest Principals within the Atlanta office while being fortunate enough to work with great clients and partners.
Taylor grew up in Atlanta and graduated from The Paideia School. Taylor and his wife, Bethany, have two young children, Holland and Meyer. He attended the University of Georgia and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Housing. Taylor is a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors Million Dollar Club.

John Robinson, Director
John is a Director of the brokerage division of Terminus Commercial Real Estate Partners, LLC. His primary focus is assisting local companies and owners with both tenant and landlord representation throughout the Atlanta market.
Prior to joining Terminus John worked at Commissions, Inc., a technology and software company headquartered in Marietta for 3 years. He also worked as a manufacturer’s representative for two years where he worked with consumer product manufacturers nationwide.
John is a native Atlantan. He graduated from Wofford College in Spartanburg, SC with a BA in Sociology with a focus on urban development. He also completed additional coursework in finance and accounting.

Zach Miller, Director
Zach is a Director of the brokerage division of Terminus Commercial Real Estate Partners. His primary focus is on investment sales and acquisitions for private clients and institutional investors in the Metro Atlanta area and surrounding markets. Zach also supports Terminus’ efforts with both tenant and landlord representation by working with local property and business owners handling all phases of the leasing process.
Prior to joining Terminus, Zach began his career in brokerage working with Brown Realty Group in Atlanta. There he operated primarily in the retail space representing both tenants and landlords with their leasing efforts, while also facilitating investment sales.
Zach is a proud native of Atlanta growing up playing sports at NYO where he now coaches baseball, also attending Riverwood High School. He then obtained his degree graduating from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication & Information Sciences. Zach is a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, Young Council of Realtors, sits on the Committee for the Jewish Commercial Real Estate Network (JCREN), and is a Founding Member of the JCREN Deal Club.

Caroline Ellrich, Director of Operations
Caroline’s primary focus is brokerage, operational and administrative support, and property management. In these roles, she is responsible for coordination of all marketing efforts, transaction management, and research related to the brokerage firm and investments.
Caroline graduated from the University of Iowa with a BA in International Studies with a focus in Global Resources and Environmental Studies, and double minor in Spanish and Anthropology. Prior to joining Terminus in 2017, she worked in the animal welfare and veterinary field for many years. Caroline lives in East Cobb with her husband, Patrick, three scruffy rescue dogs, and two rescue cats.
